20 Double Unders
10 Wall Ball (20 lb. Men) (14 lb. Women) all 10 ft. target
1 Rope Climb 15 ft. 
There will be a 15 minute time limit for this workout


Tuesday –

8 min AMRAP of:
5 Clean and Jerk (135 lb. Men) (95 lb. Women)
(From the ground by any recognized clean to full extension overhead)
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

4 Weeks out, shut down the alcohol, ice-cream, and late nights... 
Strict Zone dieting, major hydration, 8 hours of sleep per night.  Here is the week's line-up:

workout # 1 3 Rounds for time: 30 kettle bell swings 55lbs, 30 box jumps 30" box, 5oom row

workout #2 -  sprints (at track) ...Three 800m sprints...3 min. rest b/t sprints
Tuesday: Overhead Squats 10 x 8 x 6 x 4 x 2 reps
Wednesday: As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 min: 15 (95 lbs) squat cleans, 12 ring dips, 21 sit-ups
Thursday: Rest
Friday
workout # 1 -3 rounds for time,
400m run
21 Kettlebell Swings (m:32kg, w:20kg)
12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

workout # 2 -15-12-9 reps for time,
Clean & Jerk (overhead anyhow) - m:60kg, w:40kg
Handstand Push-Ups
