12 Weeks Out


I hope to use this blog as my journal towards the CrossFit Games Regional Qualifier. Success comes when opportunity and preparation collide. Monday I did overhead squats (OHS) and handstand push-ups (HSPU). 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 repetitions. I nailed the HSPU's and the OHS worked me over. I did 165 lbs for two reps and I attempted 185 lbs for one rep max and came close. Tuesday we did "Cindy" which is 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, & 15 air squats. I did 24 rounds and for 10 minutes I wore a 40 lb weight vest. Last night I hit up costco and picked up my lean meats, veggies, and nuts. Here we go.
