Back Online


Well, I finally got this website up and running again. I just finished packing last night for my DIY trip up to Alaska for black bear off of Prince of Whales island. I'm headed up with my buddy Don Vargo and it's both of our first time to the island. I was up in Alaska last week filming a fishing show for Sportsman's News Television, so I figure it's similar territory. We have a National Forest Cabin rented, truck rented, skiff rented, and I shipped my tree-stand up about a month ago.

I'll be back in a week or so with hopefully a photo journal and a few stores to boot!

Today's Workout:

Fight Gone Bad: 5 rounds with 1minute dedicated to each exercise performed consecutively. 1 minute of rest allowed per round. Each rep is one point:

1 minute Dumbbell (DB) Power Clean to Jerk 40lbs each arm
1 minute DB Snatches 40lbs
1 minute Kettlebell Swings 70lbs
1 minute Burpees Body Weight
1 minute DB Jump Squats 40lbs each arm

Round 1: 76 points
Round 2: 76 points
Round 3: 76 points
Round 4: 76 points
Round 5: 77 points
